TEJAS SATCOM, LLC is a full service Satellite Communications Company which has merged with and is Managing Partner of World Satellite Services, Inc., Standard Communications, Inc., and the Teleport of the Americas at Medley, Florida, a CLASS A EARTH STATION providing complete C, Ku and Ka Band Satellite Services. We provide the full range of satellite communication services including, simplex, duplexed, DAMA, data, voice, Internet, video and VOIP with over FOUR YEARS of superb services to our clients from the Teleport of the Americas.

TEJAS SATCOM is a Certified Intelsat, Loral, PanAmSat and Eutelsat Provider, which currently has traffic on the following satellites: PAS-1, PAS-3, NSS-7, Eutelsat-AB-1 and SatMex-5..

Tejas SatCom Satellite Traffic is currently going to: Africa, South America, Gulf of Mexico, Europe and North America. 

The TEJAS SATCOM Teleport is served by a SBC Clear Channel, Fiber Optic Cable capable of handling up to six OC-48 Circuits, and a 11 Gig Digital Microwave Backup System .

TEJAS SATCOM and The Teleport of Americas is a fully FCC 214 Certificated Domestic and International Common Carrier as well as a fully FCC Licensed C-Band, Ku-Band and Ka-Band Satellite Earth Station located in Medley, Florida.

TEJAS SATCOM is in the process of completely rebuilding and equipping this facility with the latest and best equipment available. The Teleport is now fully operational; we are now accepting duplexed, simplexed and DAMA C-Band and Ku-Band Traffic. The assembled Professional Tejas SatCom Staff for this facility has over 80 years combined experience in Satellite, Microwave, DAMA, FM/VHF/UHF RF, Radar, Broadband, ISP and Telephonic Switching Systems. All Tejas SatCom Field Technicians are fully qualified, trained, certified and experienced for; Arctic, North Seas, Atlantic, Pacific and Gulf of Mexico Offshore Marine Operations including all Oil Platform and Ship Operations.

The TEJAS CLASS A EARTH STATION is one of the very few facilities worldwide which can provide its clients complete in-house: Design, Engineering, Systems, Installation, NOC, Co-Location, Systems Maintenance along with comprehensive Space and Terrestrial Segments for C, Ku & Ka Band Operations.
